– Gut it and scale it, then put salt & pepper inside it and fill it up with minced or fresh garlic. Wrap it in foil and put it in the oven or on the BBQ and leave till cooked…and enjoy!!
– Gut it and scale it. Score the flesh put garlic/salt/pepper/lemon juice on the outside then lay it down on a bed made of onion and tomato slices on foil. Wrap it up and cook it on the BBQ, grill or oven.
– To crumb any fish fillet. Dip fish in an egg and milk mix (1 egg and a Tbsp of milk), then roll in a bowl of bread crumbs or rice crumbs. Great fried in a pan of hot oil.
