What year did you first start fishing? 2015. I was 17, I had been fishing with Dad for years prior to that.

What was your reason or motivation for choosing professional fishing as a career?
I love being on the water and outside. I was always out fishing since I was a very young kid. I always knew that I would be a fisherman. Nothing else interested me to be honest.
What are your top 3 species for your business?
- Mullet
- Flathead
- Sand Whiting
What is the most memorable moment for you during your fishing career?
Once I was net fishing with a mate (another fisherman) and we sunk the boat completely as we caught so many fish in the net. It was 2am in the night and we had to drag the net with the fish still in it to the shore. We had to get another boat to load the fish into.
What does the co-op mean to you? OR Why are you part of the co-op?
Being part of the co-op makes running my business easy, everything just rolls smoothly. I just have to go to work and catch the fish, and the rest is just looked after by the co-op.
What’s a hobby you have outside of fishing?
Fishing!!!
I love to spear fish or take my boat outside the bar to fish.
