Cooking Salmon Fillets

1 Tbs Brown sugar
4 Tbs ‘Kikkoman’ Teriyaki marinade
1 tsp Crushed garlic
1 Tbs Olive Oil
– Mix ingredients together in small bowl and pour over salmon fillets.
– Marinate for 2-3 minutes before cooking.
– Place flesh side down on well oiled frypan or BBQ, turn over onto skin side down after a minute or 2.
