I always knew I wanted to be a fishermen like my father and grandfather, it was a family business that I wanted to be join.

What is the most memorable moment for you during your fishing career?
Launching my boat that was built by my Dad, brother and myself in 1987. The Mildred Joyce is her name and I still operate my business from this vessel today.
What does the co-op mean to you? OR Why are you part of the co-op?
The co-op gives me security. To have a co-op facility and its community to support my business makes things simpler.
What’s a hobby you have outside of fishing?
I’m currently enjoying renovating my house. I love to spend time with my family too.
