What was your reason or motivation for choosing professional fishing as a career?
Fishing has always been a part of the family and I wanted to keep the tradition and have always enjoyed the fishing.
What are your top 3 species for your business?
1 Prawns
2 Crabs
3 Mullet
What is the most memorable moment for you during your fishing career?
Just the many nights when we catch lots of prawns. The big days on the beach when the mullet is running. Having to always keep a look out for sharks, there have been many close calls over the years.
What does the co-op mean to you? OR Why are you part of the co-op?
All I have to worry about is catching the product. The co-op looks after the rest.

Spending time with my family and friends
